David S. White

David S. White is a senior counsel and co-chair of the Trial Insurance Practice Specialty Group of Thompson & Knight LLP. He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1988. He represents insurance professionals and policyholder clients in coverage and bad-faith litigation and counsels corporations, corporate directors, and individuals on strategies to strengthen risk management programs through insurance and contractual indemnification arrangements. Mr. White's areas of expertise include commercial general liability and property programs, directors and officers liability, pollution legal liability, employment practices, commercial automobile, fiduciary liability, aviation, professional liability, workers' compensation and employers' liability, intellectual property coverage, homeowners, life, health, and disability policies.
